Back to School Immunizations

It is never too early for children to receive their required school immunizations. The Tulsa Health Department provides free childhood immunizations according to the Centers for Disease Conrol and Prevention's recommended childhoood and adolescent immunization schedule. Infants, children, and adolescents must be accompanied by their parent or guardian and bring a copy of their current immunizations record to receive immunizations. Immunization clinics are available at all area Tulsa Health Department locations listed below.
