Healthier Smiles for Children

THD provides preventative dental care and treatment of dental-related conditions for Tulsa County children who are uninsured or have minimal benefits. Services include dental examinations and cleanings, fluoride treatments and the use of sealants, as well as fillings, crowns, endodontics, and extractions. Dental services are available by appointment. A parent or guardian must be present. 

THD dental services for children are available at the Central Regional Health Center (Map), 315 S. Utica, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Hours of operation are 8:00-4:30 Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. For more information, please call 918-594-4860.

SoonerCare (Medicaid) insurance and all major credit cards accepted. 

There is a sliding scale fee offered to Tulsa County residents that do not have insurance or Medicaid.  Sliding scale is based on income. Please bring documentation of residency in Tulsa county and proof of income.

SoonerCare applications can be made at the time of the appointment. Bring documentation of citizenship, birth certificates and proof of income.  Sliding scale does not apply if we are filing for SoonerCare payment.
