Smoking Cessation

Real Help To Quit Smoking

The harmful effects of smoking include chronic lung disease, heart disease, and stroke, as well as many cancers such as lung cancer. And smoking hurts more than just people who light up. According to the most recent Tulsa County Health Profile, pregnant smokers are more likely to have babies with a low birth weight - and an estimated 3000 non-smoking Americans die of lung cancer due to second-hand smoke each year.
