2004 - Joint Readiness Exercise

In 2004, THDARC teamed up with OK-1 DMAT (Disaster Medical Assistance Team), a component of the United States Department of Homeland Security / Federal Emergency Management Agency, for the purpose of enhancing individual and team radio communications skills in both organizations, and to improve collaboration between the two organizations.  2004's certificate was designed to honor OK-1 DMAT, and includes a background image of the team on location during their deployment to the World Trade Center following 9/11.
