2003 - World Health Day Special Event
The 2003 special event was conducted in collaboration with the Oklahoma Section of the American Radio Relay League to celebrate the World Health Organization's World Health Day 2003. The theme of that event was to promote healthy environments for children. The certificate displays the official logo of World Health Day 2003.
