Data Requests

The Tulsa Health Department's Health Data & Evaluation division can provide a multitude of health-related data for use in grant applications, presentations, program managment and more. Click here to submit a data request form. Please note there is a two-week minimum turnaround time for data requests.

North Tulsa Medical Provider and Pharmacy Asset Map

We created this map to bring awareness of the health resources available to residents in the community. The map contains information about each provider including the hours of operation, services available, location and contact information, along with other important details. A Look at Where We Stand: Tulsa County Health Profile

THD collects and analyzes data to inform the public and health professionals about the health status of Tulsa County residents over time. The goal of the Tulsa County Health Profile is to provide an overview of important health indicators that impact the population’s health, drive policy, program planning and implementation, and encourage discussions within the community about health improvement strategies. This comprehensive report provides an assessment of the health of Tulsa County's population and presents information on the many factors that influence health.

THD Community Dashboard

THD Community Dashboard is a web-based data dashboard to assist the community in finding information about the health and well-being of Tulsa County residents. Currently, there are approximately 100 indicators from various topics with the majority of topics under specific health categories. Each indicator can statistically be compared with other locations, such as Oklahoma State, Oklahoma County and the USA. The definition and source for each indicator is provided at the bottom of charts. Some charts that are represented with 3-Dimensional bars can be drilled down for statistics by demographic breakdowns. The THD Community Dashboard is continuously updated as new data is available. 

Tulsa County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)

The Tulsa County CHNA is a systematic, data-driven approach to determining the health status, behaviors, and needs of residents in Tulsa County. The information gained from this assessment allows the community to identify the areas of greatest concern and develop strategies to effectively target these areas in order to have the best possible community health outcomes.  

Payday Lending in Tulsa County: A Health Impact Assessment

This health impact assessment evaluated payday lending in Tulsa County in order to determine health and economic impacts.
